  • Sole Traders: Owner details required
  • Partnership: Provide details for all partners with 25%+ shareholding
  • Private Companies: Provide details for all shareholders with 25%+ shareholding. If you do not have a shareholder of 25%+ shares, please provide the details for 2 company directors.
